These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the LUMERA website (the “Site”).
Please read these Terms when using the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is intended exclusively as a portfolio and demonstration of e-commerce website development using Shopify.
LUMERA is a fictional skincare brand. The brand, products, prices and other details shown on the Site are fictional settings for demonstration purposes and do not represent products or services actually offered for sale.
The person operating the Site is referred to below as the “Operator”.
2. Conditions of Use
The Site is publicly available for visitors to view examples of website development work.
Users must use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
Users are responsible for any communication charges or other costs incurred when using the Site.

Prices, the cart, purchase buttons and similar elements are displayed as examples of e-commerce website development.

The Site is a demonstration intended to present website development work.
Descriptions of ingredients, usage, effects and other product information do not indicate the efficacy or safety of actual products.
The Operator does not guarantee that the content of the Site is accurate, complete or up to date.
